We collect contact details including phone number, email address, physical address, and single sign-on credentials to create and manage your account. For Practitioners, we also collect professional qualifications, registrations, organizational affiliations, and educational background.

Health Information

When you record healthcare conversations, we collect audio recordings and process them into readable transcripts. These transcripts generate personalized summaries for you or your healthcare professional, which may incorporate elements from your recording.

Conversation Records

You can initiate recordings of any healthcare conversation through our Services. Recordings become immediately available when you log into your account.

Activity Data

You can interact with recordings in various ways to support organization. Examples include generating documents, noting patient names you've spoken with, and editing medical mentions to improve accuracy. We store all activity associated with your account.

Analytics & Passive Data Collection

We collect usage data through pixel tags and cookies, including IP addresses, click or tap history, operating system and browser types, and other interactions with our Services. This information comes from your phone or web browser and helps us enhance your experience.

Feedback & Support

We value your input. Whether you're suggesting improvements or seeking assistance, we store your communications to help prioritize product enhancements.

De-identified Data

De-identified data is aggregated or anonymized information that cannot reasonably identify individuals.
